AGILITY Quick Start

  1. Log into AGILITY. Select your desired troubleshooting path.

  2. Upload network capture filesor select previously uploaded network capturesprevious analyses.

  3. View the Analysis Details page to leverage root error detection.Click on / hover over any visualization on the Analysis High Level Summary page for your analysis.

  4. Choose a Details page to expose view AGILITY'S insightsderived from your network capture files.

  5. Use the visualizations information on the Analysis Details page to zone in on the root cause by isolating the Network Element(s), Protocol(s), and/or messages that catalyzed network failure(s).
