The Alerts

When you select any Alert card on the Main Dashboard, you'll be directed to the specific Domain Insights Dashboard for the anomaly. The alerts displayed on the Alert cards provide results obtained from data aggregated over the past two hours, .

*Note: The Filters do not change the data that is presented on the Alerts cards.

Impacted VIP Customer (VoLTE)

The Impacted VIP Customer (VoLTE) card allows you to view & investigate the anomalies impacting VIP VoLTE customers.

Impacted VIP Customers (Data)

The Impacted VIP Customers (Data) card allows you to view & investigate the anomalies impacting VIP Data customers.

Correlations and RCA Anomalies

The Correlations and RCA Anomalies card allows you to view anomalies that are connected geographically and logically To determine the root cause for anomalies with a common point of origin.

Consecutive Anomalies

The Consecutive Anomalies card allows you to view anomalies that have persisted for longer than 15 minutes.

Critical FM Anomalies

The Critical FM Anomalies card allows you to view & investigate the critical alarms that have been detected.

The Filters affect the data displayed for:

Select Filters

Use the filters to select the Domain(s) and Region that (s) you'd like to analyze.

The Active Domains filter

The Active Domains filter is the default filter on the Homepage. It is a high-level filter that displays the most pertinent anomaly impacts and predictions for all domains.
If you would like the Homepage to reflect anomaly impacts and predictions for a specific Domain, you can choose one of the following from the drop-down:

  • Ran

  • Transport

  • IMS

The Custom Regions Filter

Use this filter to view customized regions that you have created. This will enable you to zoom into specific areas instead of looking at the entire network, ultimately hastening resolution time-frames. Examples of Custom Regions include:

  • Hotels

  • Metro Centers

  • Stadiums

Auto Refresh

When the Auto Refresh Toggle is enabled, data is pushed to and displayed on the Homepage as soon as it is received. The Auto Refresh data is updated every 3 minutes.

  • Leave the Auto Refresh toggle on if you'd like the latest data to be consistently pushed and reflected on the dashboard.

  • If you want to go back in time to look at historical data, then turn Auto Refresh off to access the Date & Time and Time Range fields, where you can select a specific date and time.

Date and Time filter

Use the Date and Time filter to select the date & time that you would like to view.

There are two ways to filter results by Date and Time:

  1. You can enter the date that you would like to view manually using the format MM/DD/YYY 00:00 (*Military time/24-hour clock).

  2. You can select the calendar icon.

The Time Range filter

Use the Time Range filter to select the time range that you would like to see.

The VoLTE Only filter

Select the VoLTE Only filter (the telephone icon) to view anomalies impacting VoLTE services.

The Data Only filter

Select the Data Only filter (the signal strength icon) to view anomalies impacting data (PS (Packet Switch)) services.

The Anomaly Count Per Network Domain Graph

The Anomaly Count Per Network Domain Graph depicts the number of anomalies that AGILITY detected during each 15-minute interval. The x-axis of the graph lists the 15-minute time intervals in ascending order. The y-axis of the graph lists the anomalies per network domain. The domains include RAN 5G, RAN 4G, RAN 3G, IMS, COREPS, & CORECS.

When you'd like to view in-depth anomaly count per domain details, hover over a point on the graph to see the number of anomalies detected for a given domain during the corresponding 15-minute interval.
