AGILITY Quick Start

  1. Log in to AGILITY.

  2. Select your desired troubleshooting path.

  3. Upload network capture files or select previously uploaded network captures.

  4. View the Analysis Details page to leverage root error detection.

  5. Click on / hover over any visualization on the Analysis Details page to expose AGILITY'S insights derived from your network capture files.

  6. Use the visualizations on the Analysis Details page to zone in on the root cause by isolating the Network Element(s), Protocol(s), and/or messages that catalyzed network failure(s).
