Change your User Settings

About the Settings Page

The Settings page allows you to receive email notifications and create or modify recipient lists that distribute email notifications about the analyses you’ve run on AGILITY. Recipients are notified when analyses are complete and when there are issues with an analysis that require attention.

Turn on Email Notifications

Opt-in to receive email notifications about the analyses you’ve run on AGILITY.
To opt in or out of email notifications:

  1. On the AGILITY homepage, select Settings >Notification Settings.

  2. Select the Personal Settings toggle to give AGILITY consent to send alert messages.

Configuring Email Notifications for Failed Flows

You can control whether your email notifications include all detected flows or only flows with failures. This is managed through two settings:

  • Application settings (applies to everyone by default)

  • User preference toggle (personalized setting that overrides the default)

Follow the steps below to configure your notifications:

Check the Application Setting

  1. Click on Application Settings in the main sidebar menu.

  2. Locate the Email Configuration card and click on the Edit button.

  3. Inside the Email Configuration page, scroll to the Send Only Failed Callflows option.

  4. Click on the Edit button ( ) to enable the dropdown selection and choose based on your preference.

If enabled, emails will include only failed callflows, unless all flows are successful (in that case, the email shows all detected flows).

Adjust Your Personal Preference

  1. Go to Notification Settings from the main sidebar menu OR from the Settings Page

  2. If you have consented to receive emails, you will see a new toggle: Send only failed Callflows email notifications. Switch the toggle on or off based on your preferences.

Understand the Behavior

  1. If you have never used the toggle, your emails follow the Application Setting.

    • If you switch the toggle on, you will receive emails with only failed callflows.

    • If you switch the toggle off, you will receive emails with all callflows, even if the application setting is enabled.

Rememeber Priority Rules

  • User preferences override organizational or team-level defaults.

  • This means once you interact with the toggle, your personal choice always takes priority.

Update your Notifications List

If you opt in to email notifications, you can add recipients to your Notifications List. AGILITY will alert every email address in the list about your analysis.

The recipients you add to your Notifications List will also have access to your analyses.

To configure or update your Notifications List:

  1. On the AGILITY homepage, select Settings > Notification Settings.

    The Notifications Settings page opens.

  2. Click +New User.

  3. Enter the intended recipient’s email address.

  4. Click the save icon.

    The recipient is added to your analysis notification distribution list.

  5. Select +New User to add additional users.

Remove Notification Recipients

To remove recipients, select the delete icon next to the recipient’s email address.
