The Protocol Level Analysis feature provides a high-level view of every protocol within the flow. It is an excellent starting point for understanding the major events of interest within any call flow. Analysis on the individual protocol level allows you to isolate individual protocols to locate errors and pinpoint root causes.
Select the Protocol Level Analysis tab.
The Protocol Level Analysis panel will open.
Click the arrow beside the Protocol to view the message flow.
The protocol level analysis chart will expand and displays the messages and message responses for the selected protocol. Use the chart to determine if there was a message failure on this protocol.
