Root cause feedback gathers qualitative insights on your experience with Your feedback provides valuable insights into AGILITY’s machine-generated labels. Your feedback helps AGILITY's development team understand the limitations and areas of improvement for the system's It also allows you to refine root-error selection while helping AGILITY’s development team identify limitations and improve label-detection algorithms.
There are two types of root cause feedback you can provide:
Feedback on the Call Flow root cause -error from the Call Flow Details page
Feedback on one of the root-causes listed in the Diagnostics tab
Provide Call Flow Root

-Error Feedback:
Navigate to the Call Flow Details for the Call Flow that you’d like to leave feedback on.
On the top of the page, next to the classification, select one:
Thumbs up if you agree with the root cause -error provided.
Thumbs down if you disagree with the root cause -error provided.
To de-select, select your choice again.
(Optional) Once If you choose thumbs up/ down, you can provide additional feedback, select the classifications you agree/disagree with, and select Submit Feedback.
either 1. change the classification to success or 2. choose a new root-error among a list of maximum 5 recommendations then submit your entry. The new classification, either success or root-error will be updated in the system after 2-3 minutes and serve as ground-truth for any new analyses. You will be able to know when the system is processing by
Icon1 and when has been updated by Icon2.
