  1. From the AGILITY homepage, select Settings > Application Settings.

  2. Select Edit on the KPIs Reference Values and Thresholds card.

  3. Select the edit icon for the values or threshold that you want to change in your network level or call flow level KPIs. The fields will change to editable.

  4. Edit the Reference value and the Thresholds.
    - The Reference value represents the ideal value that you have set for the KPI.
    - The Threshold represent represents the deviation percentage between the Reference value and the analysis value in which performance is considered acceptable.

    For example, if your Call Setup Time Reference value is 7000ms and the analysis value is 971ms, the Deviation is -86.13% indicating that this call instance outperformed that Reference by a large margin. If your Threshold settings are Acceptable: <20% (less than or equal to 20%), and Unacceptable: >30% (greater than 30%), the Deviation percentage will be displayed in green to indicate that this is an acceptable percentage of deviation. If the analysis value created a Deviation percentage of 31%, the percentage would be displayed in red indicating that the value is unacceptable.

The total time for voice data to travel from sender to receiver (ms)

Control plane latency

The time it takes for signaling and control messages to travel within a network (ms)

Mobility interruption time

The duration of time when a User Terminal cannot exchange user plane packets with the network. The time it takes for the mobile device to reestablish a connection with the network after moving out of range of one cell and into the coverage area of another (ms)
