What is AGILITY CA?

Powered by AI & ML, AGILITY Continous Assurance (CA) enables zero-ops networks with continuous quality assurance and impact analysis.

The AGILITY CA UI visualizes & highlights the most significant network impacts so that engineers can proactively prevent and rectify issues & eliminate customer-facing impacts.

The network impacts depicted on the UI reflect real-time anomaly detection. AGILITY allows users to set filters and toggles to zone in on anomaly prediction to prevent network issues that are about to happen & view recent network impacts to zone into the location and domain details that allow for fast remediation.

AGILITY Quick Start

1. Login to AGILITY. You’ll land on the Main Dashboard, which provides an overview of the most significant network impacts detected by AGILITY.

2. Select your desired Filters ( Filter to select the domains and regions you’d like to analyze. Select future dates and times to view anomaly predictions about what will happen on the network OR past dates and times to view recent network impacts that have already occurred).

3. Check the summary Alerts cards, Service Impact charts, and Heatmap to determine which network issues need your attention first.

4. Click on any visualization on the Main Dashboard to be directed to the detailed domain insights page.

5. Use the Domain Insights page to zone in on the root cause and view the anomalies detected on the lowest hierarchy available.

6. Use the Anomaly Impact Details page to drill down further into an anomaly's causes & impacts, expedite network resolution processes and gather knowledge to prevent similar anomalies from reoccurring.
