Change your call flow time setting

You can choose to view timestamps in your analyzed call flows in the original Coordinated Universal Time (UTC) time or the local time zone setting on your browser.

The default time setting is Browser.

To change your time setting:

  1. Access your user options menu (three dots) in the upper right-hand corner of AGILITY.

  2. Select Call Flow Time Zone and then choose Browser or UTC.


    AGILITY will change the times of all your call flows automatically.
