Enable or Disable Product Analytics at Application Level (Admin)
This guide explains how administrators can enable or disable product analytics tracking through Application Settings or by configuring User Privacy Settings.
🔐 Why This Matters
Product analytics tracking lets us gather insights into user behavior and app performance. However, in certain cases (e.g., compliance, privacy concerns, or testing scenarios), it may be necessary to disable this feature at the application level.
At the application level, this feature is accessible only to users with administrative roles.

🚪 Accessing the Product Analytics Page
Users can access the Product Analytics enabling/disabling feature from the Application Settings page within AGILITY:
From the main navigation sidebar, click Applications.
Main Navigation Menu: ApplicationScroll down to locate the Product Analytics card.
Click on the Edit button to open the feature page.
✅ To Enable Analytics Tracking Globally
Complete the previous step to ensure the feature is accessible.
Click the Edit (✏️) button located near the dropdown menu under Product Analytics.
Product Analytics: Edit ButtonSelect "True" from the dropdown list.
Product Analytics: Dropdown True SelectionClick "Save" to apply your changes.
Or, click "Cancel" if you don’t want to make any changes.
Product Analytics: Action buttons
When you save, a successful message will appear to confirm your action.
This activates tracking for all users (unless individually opted out through privacy settings).
⛔ To Disable Analytics Tracking Globally
Follow steps 1–2 above.
Select "False" from the dropdown list.
Click "Save" to apply your changes.
Or, click "Cancel" if you don’t want to make any changes.
When disabled here, analytics tracking is turned off for the entire application, regardless of user preferences.
If you change the application system preferences, please refresh your browser so the changes take effect.
Important Notes
Changes take effect immediately.
Disabling at the application level overrides any user-level opt-in settings.
Remember to refresh your browser when you change the application system preferences.
