Callflow Feedback Authorization (Administrator role)

You can restrict who can provide feedback on callflow root causes to prevent non-expert engineers from impacting AGILITY’s model memory and returning inaccurate information.

To change the authorization:

  1. From the AGILITY homepage, select Settings > Application Settings.

  2. Select Edit on the Features Enablement card.

  3. Beside Feedback Access, select the edit icon under Actions, then choose Admin Only (to only allow users with admin role to provide feedback) or All Users from the drop-down menu.

  4. To save your changes, select Save.

Note: A refresh of the user’s browser is required for this change to take effect.
