The Flow Extractions tab provides a list of the messages extracted from the call flow and allows you to gather specific details about individual messages.

To extract insights from the Flow Extractions tab:

  1. Click the Flow Extractions tab.

    The Flow Extractions chart will display.

  2. Select your desired Time format.

    The selected format will be displayed.

  3. Click the arrow to expand the extraction details.

    The Extraction details will display.
