Protocol Analyzer allows you to locate errors and pinpoint root causes by each protocol in a call flow.
Select the Protocol Analyzer tab.
The Protocol Analyzer panel will open.
Click the arrow beside the Protocol to view the message flow.
The protocol level analysis chart will expand and displays the messages and message responses for the selected protocol, and the frame number if available. Use the chart to determine if there was a message failure on this protocol.
