Manage AGILITY Local Users

As an admin, managing AGILITY local users in Keycloak gives you direct control over who can access the system. These accounts are typically used for internal roles that do not rely on external login providers. Keeping them up to date helps ensure security, reduce access issues, and maintain smooth system operations.

Accessing the Admin Console Page
There are two ways to access this page through the AGILITY user interface: via the Application Settings panel or from the top navigation bar menu. Both options will take you to the same destination—choose the one that best fits your workflow.
Application Settings
Users can access the Admin Console page from the Application Settings page within AGILITY:
From the main navigation sidebar, click Applications.
Main Navigation Menu: ApplicationScroll down to locate the Admin Console card.
Applications: Admin Console CardClick the Go to Admin Console button—you’ll be redirected to the Admin Console home page.
Top Bar Menu
Users can also access the Admin Console page from the Top Navigation Bar within AGILITY:
From the top navigation bar, click the More button.
Locate the Admin Console from the list.
Click on it to open the feature page—you’ll be redirected to the Admin Console home page.
You may be prompted to authenticate by entering your AGILITY credentials before accessing the Admin Console page.
Resetting the Default Admin Password
After successfully accessing the AGILITY Admin Console in the previous steps.
Select Users from the navigation panel, and select the Credentials tab.
Select Reset password and enter the new values.
Select Save and then confirm Reset password.
Log out and start using the new admin password.
How to Create a New User
After successfully accessing the AGILITY Admin Console.
Select Manage -> Users and select Add user.
Complete the form:
Required user actions:Update password
Username:john.doe@b-yond.com
Email:john.doe@b-yond.com
First name:John
Last name:Doe
To give users admin permissions, complete the form and select Join Groups, and choose the required group:
agility-admin
: AGILITY administrator user.auth-admin
:agility realm
admin user. These are the same permissions as theagility-admin@b-yond.com
user on the Keycloak console.
Select Create.
Select the Credentials tab and select Set password.
Enter a temporary password twice. Set the Temporary setting to On and select Save and then Confirm.
First Login
As a user, go to the main application URL
https://cv-dev.b-yond.com/cv/
and log in.Once you log in, update the temporary password.
Set the new password and select Submit.
